Module C offers several advantages compared with these competing platforms, first of all in terms of ease of use and user-friendliness for all types of users, and also in terms of access management and the security of your data. Module C also allows you to centralize all of your documents, from the tendering phase to the construction phase of your project, with no storage limits. Plus, management of interactions with your partners via Module C gives you the freedom to consult documents and collaborate from anywhere, at any time of day or night, so you can perform other tasks simultaneously and be more productive.

The updating system is extremely reliable. We proceed with an update immediately when new documents become available and require publishing. In addition, you’ll be alerted automatically by an e-mail notification system as soon as any new documents become available for the various projects you’re tracking with Module C.

Yes. They’ll need to create an account on Module C to be able to access your tender documents. Subscription is completely free. Once the bid invitation e-mail is sent to your partner, they click the link in the message and complete their online subscription to Module C. An activation e-mail message will be sent after registration is completed, and the partner will then validate their account by choosing a password and secret question. The process is quick and efficient.

No. There is no limit to the space and time it takes to store your documents, which makes it easier to manage archiving of your projects as well as filing of documents. You have unlimited storage space for all of your projects. In addition, projects that you’ve archived in your Module C space remain confidential and easy to access if needed.

Also, staff at every regional ACQ office can provide customer service and tech support. We also have specialists who can help you install Module C on your company’s system, if need be.
